NOTICE TO VACATE

In accordance with my Rental Agreement, I hereby give thirty (30) day written notice to vacate Boat Slip No.________, Building No._______, at the premises known as Harbor Marina on __________________. (Vacate Date)

I am fully aware that all rent shall be due and payable to and including the termination date of occupancy and/or lease termination date, and that should I fail to vacate said apartments by the aforementioned date, I will be liable for any and all damages incurred as the result of re-renting the slip.

It is understood that any personal property belonging to me and left on the premises shall at the option of Harbor Marina be deemed abandoned and that Harbor Marina may dispose of all such personal property in any manner that Harbor Marina may deem advisable without liability to Harbor Marina and/or its agents because of said disposal.

All dock keys must be returned, on your move-out date. Unreturned keys will result in a lock change charge of $25.00.
