 3 Easy Steps To Make The Harbor Marina Your New Home

STEP #1:  To hold one of our boat slips, you will need the following:

  • A personal check for $100.00 payable to Harbor Marina will hold your new home for two weeks.      

  • An application fee of $30.00 per applicant in a personal check payable to Domino Realty Management Company.

  • Completed Harbor Marina application.

  • Driver's license/government issued I.D. card with photo.

  • Social Security Card. Boat Insurance Card

  • Two most recent pay stubs w/year-to-date.

  • If self-employed, copies of last years tax returns.

STEP #2:        

After 72 hours, or when your approval has been given, we will deposit your personal check. The $100.00 will be credited to your security deposit account and reserve your new home until your move-in date.

STEP #3:        

Upon move-in you will pay any balance due on the security deposit and the amount due for rent at that time. Upon move-in we do require your balance is to be paid in the form of a cashier's check only. We will be happy to accept your personal check on any future payments.
